Just picked up my dad's 1650 gas today. It's been sitting in the shed at least 10 years, maybe 15. Engine was gone through probably less than 1000 hours ago, and new Firestones on the rear shortly before he quit using it, have slight cracking in one spot from sitting with low pressure. Put a battery in it, fresh gas, cleaned plugs, rotor, cap, and she fired up. Runs good, but will need the carb cleaned up. Straight metal, rough original paint, small bucket loader, bad seat, just an old tractor. Clutch feels normal, but will not disengage. He's not worried about the money, but I need to be fair, and keep the other siblings from complaining. I have $175 and a few hours in it so far. I'm sure he'll want to give it to me, but what would be fair money to give him?

With the new tires,$3500 would be about right. As far as the clutch, yes, stuck to the flywheel, possibly froze up on the splines.
