Oliver 1650 seat

Has anybody use a universal seat complete with adjuster and suspension on a 1650 or similar tractor that they liked. The seat on the one I just bought is in really bad shape. The adjuster is missing some parts, the shock is shot, and it needs new bottom cushion and backrest. I thought if I could replace the whole assembly might be better off. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I put one on my 1365. It fits like a glove. A neighbor put one on a 1600 though and had to build a frame under it to raise it up a few inches. If he had used some new steel and put some thought in to it instead of fence posts and plow points it probably would have been a pretty good fit.

Here's the one I used by the way. A Tisco,same as the one he used.

Thanks for the input. I bought the same seat it looked like to do it right would still be a little too close to the wheel for my personal preference even when adjusted all the way back

Ya,as thin as the cushion is I think you'll find it's a little low without building some kind of frame under it too.
