This is on my local Craigslist, probably only 10 miles from me. I've always rented one and this I've is cheap enough but I just don't have the funds to do it right now.

Had a little trouble making the link work. Was it that 840 chopper? That would be a nice addition to all the other stuff around here for sure.

Yup. 3 row head on it. Says it needs engine work but for $2800I don't think you can go too wrong on it.

Wonder what kind of engine work it needs, think those GMC V-6 parts are hard to get ahold of nowadays. Rarely see one of those for sale let alone in my price range. Hauling it home (southcentral MN) would be a bit of a problem.

If I wasn't starting a family I'd probably scoop this thing up. I'm VERY familiar with our Fox 3000 we quit using 2 years ago, so I can't imagine the chopper end of this one would be too much different since you can swap heads with a Fox and the cutter head looks identical from the outside.

Parts would probably be just as hard to come by as well...
