From an earlier post the 3 pt. on the 1650 I just got will not function. As advised I checked the bypass screw and it was turned in and filled the fluid to proper level. Still nothing. By the looks of the sway blocks the arms have been in the down position for quite sometime. The lever moves very freely and shows little or no resistance as not attached somewhere. The external linkage is hooked up and functioning. Steering and hydraulics working fine. Where is the roll pin I have heard of shearing off in this system?

I guess the next step would be to take the seat off, then take those 12 or 13 bolts out of that top cover and lift it off and check the linkage. It can be a little bit of a pistol to get it back on though. You have to line the slots in those lever up with the pins when you set it back down. They'll just go limp and tip over on you when you lift it off.
