White multi fuel help needed

I put a white multi fuel in the white 2-150 we have. Swap was hard but I got it done and looks good. Only one problem, the engine took a lot to bleed it. Once I finally got it bleed it started at 1500 rpm and I let it run for about ten minutes. Then it suddenly cut out. After topping all the oils off I started it again at the same throttle, but, as before it took a hot of ether then ran fine for another few mins then it cut out again. It won"t run below 1500 rpm, it dies. I know I have a fuel problem, any ideas? I have good flow to the injector, it ran good before sitting a year, I already installed a new fuel pump and fuel filters, please give me ideas of what to check next!

Take the 2 bolt stop assembly side cover off. With the engine off see if the control unit governor rod moves back and forth FREELY. If it sticks at all the engine will never act right. My 6x6 army truck would stick when not used much and would need removed to be loostened up.

Fuel stop rod is in the cover and spring loaded. The control unit under the strap with 2 screws is what must move freely that the governor rod hooks to with a clip. What is the inlet fuel pressure at the line going into the hydraulic head assembly, you might have the pressure regulator piston stuck open, not building the pressure as it should. Some pumps had two to check, one at the gear supply pump cover, and one at the head outlet. Worth a look.
