How do you change the drive sprocket and chain on a 1555, pull the engine or split the tractor?

Pull the engine. Have you checked the alignment of the sprockets?

Hi J.,thanks for the literature, just got my 1555 last night was looking at the sprockets and the rear sproket is worn more than the front one also the rollers on the rear part of the chain is worn a lot more too. How do they get out of alignment?

When you have it apart drill & tap the frame for a hole and thread it for say a 5/8 inch capcrew. This would be under the hydra-power drive toward the back to help you level it.
