2-135 cab door

you fella's with white tractors, have any of you done anything with the cab door to make it open more for those of us of larger frame? i can take the spring loaded stop off i guess, just wondered what others might have done.

ha, hell no. one of the reasons i bought it was for the cab, but, good thought.

You can cut the door stop and add a piece 1/2 or 3/4 inch wide metal to let it travel further. Mine works great

What have you got there? My Series 3 opens plenty wide. It has a kind of shock absorber thing to keep it from going too far,but it opens out a long ways.

mine has a piece of metal somewhat bent in a curve that bolts to the door and as you pull the door open, the end of that piece catchs on the frame of the cab

OK,must be Series 1 or 2 then?
Probably no way to retrofit the Series 3 stop.

I hear ya, but no, haven't done anything yet. Wife has an idea but it's not the tractor she wants to modify!!!
