Fuel tank fender question

Wondering when I put fuel tank fenders on my g1355 how narrow will I be able to set my wheels in, has anyone ever tried to run 30" rows with them as I would like to do, so it'd be 60-62 inches on center of tires, I see in the brochure it says with cab on you can get 61" but don't think with tank fenders you can get that narrow since there wider but I could be wrong, would like to know if I can get them that narrow otherwise I'm not gonna even try and move wheels in if it won't work ill leave them out wide. Thanks

I don't know about a M-M, but on a 1850, I don't think you can get narrow enough for 30" rows with fender tanks. I have a 1850 with a narrow cab and they won't set in far enough on it. All of the later tractors with cabs had the tanks made as part of the cab. If you have 18.4 or larger tires, I doubt that you can set the wheel in far enough for 30" rows with fender tanks on. Chris

Okay thanks, mine the same as a 2255 and its gonna have 18.4-42s on it, it'll save me a lot of work trying to set them in if it doesn't work, gonna be a parade/tractor ride tractor anyways probebly isn't gonna get used to often in the field if at all. Maybe a plow day.
