1650 engine changes speed

My FIL's Dad has 4 1650's and two of them will drop 300-400 rpms when you open the throttle up, and the throttle lever never moves. Either half way open going across the yard or wot going down the road, shortly after the throttle is set the engine slows down and the throttle lever never moves and the engine will stay at the slower speed and never change until you change it and then it does it again. Did not get time to see what injection pump they have on these two tractors. thanks chris

Try diesel lube,they tell me that not all over the count stuff is any good.So check it out. I wont run a tractor with out it.
