2150 cursive writing inside the dash

We found this inside the dash of my 2150 when we stripped the dash down last week to get ready for paint. Looks like it's written on the original primer, but who knows. Did they usually write notes on the tractors as they came down the assembly line?

Its had to say I have seen it on cars and truck before so why not a tractor? But one things for sure I would clean it off (grease and oil) and not paint it, Only clear coat it. It is different and is worth saving it cause factory marks are only made 1 time on it. Bandit

Looks like something they write on them at the parts yard.

No, it's one of the last ones made. I agree it looks like something from a parts yard, but it came to us with a cab on it and I don't have any reason to think that the dash has been replaced, there are no signs that look like it has been changed out.
