The front wheels are factory. Shown in the parts book page 92. Wheel part number H-729-B and rim H-7009.

Alright fellows thanks for the information, I would have said they were home remedy in fact I was thinking someone had adapter IH "A" or "B" wheels. Any idea as to the yr it would be a 1940 - 41?
