Hello here are the pics of the 88 I purchased yesterday. Are
electric over hydraulics standard on Oliver's ? Does this three
point look factory? Arms are removed but I think we found
most of the parts.

Both my 1950 Oliver 77 and my 1955 S88 have the electric hyd set up but no controls for the electric

When did the hydraulics change on fleetlines? Did they go to the levers on top of the unit with the supers? I thought they made the change when they went to disc brakes and vin on the dash. This one is vin on the dash but early style hydraulics...

Nice rig. No idea on the 3pth.
I am looking for an 88 to finish my fleet.
Not many Olivers in my neck of the woods.

My 77 has those levers also. The S88 has a different type of lever closer to the top of the unit

Type 1 hydra-lectric switches on column only. Type 2 switches on column and stubs out the side of unit to enable levers to be installed to actuate valves for cylinders without electrics. Type 3 units had the levers out the top and could be Hydra-Lectric or straight mechanical. If this is your first good (Oliver) tractor you owe it to yourself to get an operators manual.
