Oliver 70 with adjustable wide front

Have a chance to buy an Oliver 70 with the Oliver adjustable wide
front. Tractor is not running, Tires are round and black. This tractor
does have nice sheet metal and all of the sheet metal. Tractor is not
running however the exhaust has been covered and the engine is
not stuck. Not sure what to offer. Not sure of the year as I have not
seen the serial number. Any ball park idea as to what the thing is
worth?

When you check the serial number, see if the letter "B" is in the serial number. It would indicate that it was installed at the factory.
