Kats heater catalog show 3/4 pipe tread frost plug heater for 1650 oliver. Book say heater goes in front of block. I looked at my 1650 and do not see a 3/4 pipe tread plug anywhere on block. These heaters usually go low in block or am I wrong? It is a 1650 gas tractor.

Not sure about the block, but my 1550 looks like this. Looks like it's 3/4 going into a 1" hole with a reducer.

Why would I want heater for gas tractor????
Lets see its been -15 to -20 below zero this year and tractor has to start for chores.

on my 1655 I have one of the tank type heaters it has one on it like you are showing but I have never tried it because the cord looks ratty so I just stuck a tank style one on it sure helps at -10

Just call your Agco dealer and have them send you out a new cord. That heater works really well.
