Thanks to all who replied on identifying ?....next problem..loader
slowly lowers by itself but no external leaks..where do I
start..controller? And the backhoe seems to struggle ...maybe
low on fluid.. waiting for a manual but any input from the tractor
veterans would be great. Thanks again
 
Most likely one of 2 issues could have air in the system but not likely unless its been opened recently. Most likely the main lift rams have worn out seals internally and is bypassing. What oil are you using in this system? Most olivers didnt use hydraulic oil they used engine oil sae 10 normally if i recall. Hope that will give you a place to start. Duane o.
 
Well you leave a lot of details out. Is this a tractor with a loader & a backhoe? If so it probably has its own separate hydraulic system completer with reservoir, pump & controls. Can you giv us more information or a picture? What is your e-mail?
