Recently, I saw a post here concerning an Oliver 18 Combine for sale in Rochester, NY. There was no contact info, so I replied through the usual Craigslist channels. I heard nothing. I sent another reply, and yet another reply and after about 2 weeks, I got a reply from the guy who indicated that all of my inquiries had gone to spam. He said the machine had not been sold and he gave me a number to contact. I called him and we talked and I asked him for some additional pictures and other information and told him that I was interested, but wanted to see some additional pictures. This morning he sent me the pics. The machine is in very good shape but needed a belt and was banged up a bit at the back, but very good overall shape. I replied back a thank you for the pictures to which he responded that his Dad had sold the combine. The whole freakin thing made my blood boil.

That is really frustrating, had it happen to me a time or two also.

Atleast the guy didn't say his dad hauled it into scrap this morning or something...
