The ill fitting motor to bell housing was what made me suspicious. I took the bolt out and the plate ear is broken off. That's why the big washer. I will need to find a new plate and bell housing. The bell housing ears are welded. Maybe the motor is right.

I wish I could keep more of them but my budget is pretty limited. Whenever I buy something I have to sell something. I need to get rid of some of the non-Olivers to be able to keep more four digits.
