White Town & Country 112 - new owner

I just bought a White Town & Country 112 to use to plow my driveway when it starts snowing here, which should happen any day. It's not in great shape but it runs. While doing some research I found this forum. My question is, did I buy something that I can fix up and run for a few winters, or did I buy something that is collectible?

For example, it obviously needs repainting, and the Town & Country decal is almost invisible. Should I be looking at using the right colors, etc., or just spray paint it whatever I want? I don't want to destroy the value if it is a collectible, but I also don't want to spend time running around looking for the correct bits and pieces if it is just something I should run until it finally dies.

Comments would be appreciated. If it is a collectible, I probably would sell it to someone who knows what they are doing and has the time, know-how and tools to restore it.

It is collectible enough that you should probably look for a
different machine, selling it won't make you a millionaire but
you should be able to buy a different machine that is much
better. Where are you located? That would also be a factor

I am in Coal Creek Canyon in the foothills west of Golden, Colorado.

Would anyone care to suggest what would be a fair price for a tractor like this? I am not looking to retire on the proceeds but I would like to sell it to a collector if possible, someone who will appreciate it. I would be happy to hold onto it until the spring when it should be easier to pick it up. How about a ball park figure? $200? $500? $800? More?

Any thing is collectable.
The machine you have is built by Jacobsen, they made them in the Ford, Minneapolis Moline and White names.
I have a Ford 100 that is the same as yours, color and everything,
Don't expect to get rich reselling it, there are hunddreds out there waiting for new homes.

I have listed the tractor for sale in the Classified section. I had to pick a price as nobody seems to be willing to suggest what it might be worth. However, that is merely a starting point for negotiating, so feel free to make a reasonable offer if you are interested.
