gov. adjustment

looking for info on adjusting the gov. on a 48rc with the 3gear six. I have a shop manual but it does not explain how to correctly adjust the unit. Thanks for any help that is given.

In 1948 there were 4 different models of Oliver rowcrop tractors on the market. Each one has different engine and governor settings. You need to furnish a model, a serial number and what your problem is.
