I found a wide front LP 880 that has decent sheet metal decent paint, decent but possibly original rear tires. needs new front tires. It has a hitch that Im told is an Oliver hitch but it looks like its partially a 3 point without a top link spot. almost looks like a fast hitch type of thing. Its a barn find just looking for a average price for this tractor? If an LP has been sitting awhile will I have issues with it once I start working it?

I put in about 8 years as a propane forklift mechanic. Parts for the carb, the vaporizer and the regulator should still be available. Most of these parts are relatively simple after you've worked on a few. I don't know your situation, but your biggest concern might be getting your large LP tank set up so that you can fill the tractor tank economically.

Your hitch setup is probably what Oliver called a traction hitch. The top link is Y shaped and connects to the tractor with the two verticle rows of holes between the seat and PTO. There should also be a set of adapters (hooks with latches) that get pinned into each side of the drawbaw assy for attaching and imp.
