motor id again

I have a super 88 that the build card says it should have a motor with the serial number of 99864.

Now the motor that is in the tractor has 9 21 6 stamped below the generator. and it also has 195 20 stamped on the crank case. Also has ENG CHG 6753 stamped on the right side of the crank case.

Can anyone clarify what's what? I'm thinking my build card doesn't match but I'm not sure where the Waukesha number would be.
