I have been re-doing a 1960 Ford 641 for the past few months and am finally finished. I'm looking for a new project.
There is an Oliver 550 gas here in town that I think I can buy reasonably.
Since there was an Oliver dealer here in town up until the 70's, I think it would be neat to have one of these tractors.
Question: How hard is it to find parts/support for these tractors. I know that it will probably not be as easy as it was for the Ford since CNH still has parts for most of their stuff.
Please advise.

Not hard at all. I bought a Super 55 in a bushel basket a year ago. Didn't take long to get the parts rounded up to get it going.

The 550 will be one of the easiest tractors to find parts for. Most are avaiable after market and AGCO does a very good job of keeping parts in stock for these old tractors.
