Oliver 66 PTO seal removal

Roger: Are you talking the one on the 540 output shaft or the ones on the long shaft in the clutch shaft area? I always took the gear box off to do that. Larry will have the parts in stock most likely. I should be around today. Did you get rain last night?
 
I am talking about the seal on the 540 output shaft. I was wondering if there is a tool to get the old seal out without taking the gear box off.

I got about 3/4 of an inch of rain last night.
