Thanks to those of you who diagnosed my gear nose problem as worn out cab mounts. Now, where do I jack up the cab without punching a hole in the deck and is it necessary to remove any of the cab components before jacking the cab up?

There is a rail running along both sides of the cab. The rear cab bracket is welded to it you can jack up on it. You don't have to jack it very high but keep an eye on the shift and hydraulic linkage.
