Does anyone know the proper measurement for installing the roll pins in the adjusting plate when installing new brakes in a 105 white?

There isn"t an adjustment measurement. Install the pins with them most of the way towards the inner housing. The first time you apply the brakes it will self adjust. The return springs push the plate with pin and the piston back far enough to gain clearance, but not too much. Should the pins not be there the piston would be pushed all the way back into the housing and you would get a application delay.
