changing fuel tank

I need to swap my leaky fuel tank with one that doesn"t. My 1955 has a ROPS cab on it. This job requires the cab to be tilted back from the front. How much room is needed to jack it up enough to remove the old tank? I have all of the repair manuals, parts book, and operator"s manual; and there is no info about handling the cab. Any and all advice about this whole job will be appreciated.

Do you know for sure where it's leaking from? This spring i had to replace the rubber gasket under the wire on the sending unit because it was torn. Any time the fender tanks were filled too high, fuel would leak out until it was below the top of the main tank. either from running, or it'd just end up on the ground.
