Weld on dimples for blank rim?

Is there a seller of weld on dimples for a blank rim? These dimples will come up against the cast wheel centres of my Oliver 88 Std.
Buying blank rims as I cannot seem to source 14 x 26 Oliver wheel rims. Thanks.

Cross Machinery and Manufacturing in Mindenmimes Mo. makes all kinds of rims .417-842-3405 is their number they don't have a web site .
