Have you turned the adjusting bolt on the draft control or adjusted the bar itself? I think there are slots in that bar where it can be slid in and out.

I just checked the adjusting bolt on the draft
control linkage. The bolt has been turned all the way out and there is only a 1/2" of space to the
stop. The manuals all say that the proper adjustment
using the bolt is 3/4" to 1" I disconnected the
linkage arm to see if I could move the shaft by hand
and it doesn't move. I can get it to move slightly
if I pick up the lower three point arms by hand and lift them as high as they go and rock them up and down.

Maybe it blew the lift cyl piston seal?
