Rebadging a 2-155 to look like an Oliver

Found a 2-155 , it's a project . Am not crazy about the White look , really like the Oliver look . Not to mention after reading thru the posts , the 2-155 is far superior mechanicly then the older Olivers . What Oliver nose would fit the best, the rest of the sheet metal would just have to be lengthend ? Want open station . The 2-155 has about 4500 hrs and thinking 5.3 would work well over the White that is in it . Don't need anymore than 160 horse. Is this just a pipe dream ?

You are planning to do alot to an already great tractor. I wouldn't say white is superior they are just younger. Over all i would just paint it meadow green and clover white and forget all the metal work. I am also guessing instead of 5.3 you ment 8.3 cummins, and although i have nothing against it i think the original hercules is fine motor and it has the 160-165 horse that you want.

No cab but other than that yes. Like the roll over canopy seen on the older Olivers. Thanks for the pic.
