I have a Oliver 1800 B that when I use a single acting cylinder it rises on it own.
I have been told that it might be the restrictor valve. I have tryed to find it but I"m sure what I"m really looking for.
Thanks for any help or ideas Jeff

Oh boy it has been a long time but for those tractors you needed to purchase a bypass valve package to run a single acting cylinder. Interesting all the people on here that ask about single acting cylinders in this day & age. When those tractors were new I don't think we ever had a request from a customer for a package to operate a single acting cylinder. You have a phone number where I can contact you? Oh it also needs to be operated on the right handle. I take it you don't have a book. J.
