the clutches on my 880 had funny looking springs on the outside, but in the Manuel shows there are straight springs in the holes right above the clutch disks. do both go on it or one or the other really need to know thanks. and all so I got some 880 parts for sale if I got it you can have it cheep!!!

I live in ohioville PA and I have a 880/770 dash that needs some work and a s88 and 880 valve cover and a crank shaft turned to .040 under in the mains and .020 on the rods I got stock 880 pistons only 4 are good and all 6 sleeves appear to be fine and a head gasket with no more than 5 hours on it.

The straight springs were the original design. The springs that hook over replaced those back in 1960.
