I recently bought a oliver plow model # 3240st, as far as I can tell it is 16" 2 bottom. Does any one have a owners manual or know where I could get a reprint of the manual. The draw bar (where the 3 pt. arms hook) to the right side is adjustable for and aft what is the purpose? thanks Pete

Works the same as a SIDE HILL HITCH, to increase or decrease the FURROW cut on the front bottom.

If the front bottom of the plow is cutting to wide or to narrow, you can adjust it to point the plow in the direction it needs to go to make it cut the 16". BUT, all the other adjustments need to be right before you start messin with that one.
27 1/2" from the inside of the right rear wheel to the center line of the tractor.
