Many months ago I posted about how my Oliver 1755 is leaking hydraulic oil down into the gear compartment through the PTO.

That was determined by blocking the line to the PTO and running the tractor. Well, I want to fix that eventually, but in the meantime I have a question.

Can I run my tractor, plowing and discing with that line blocked? I don't need the PTO to plow and disc and wondered if I could get that done first and then take the time to fix the PTO.

Any help is appreciated.
