If you're afraid of the "police", bring it to me and I"ll keep it a while....a good LONG while.

Nice looking tractor!

I think I like the original colors, better. The whites restored look very nice, especially with the red stripes.

Going to repaint the black next winter. Rims and centers are going to be silver. Went with green because it seems like ANYTHING painted silver either fades quickly or peels off. This tractor is going to replace the 1550, but am thinking of hanging onto it now for a backup.

You mean I gotta wait till Spring '14 to see the finished product :( VERY NICE THUS FAR!! How about Clover White wheel centers and silver on the rims? Think that'd be sharp.

Got to remember. All the the early Whites were Olivers with gray paint. Keep it up. Should look real good when done.

I think this will be a sharp tractor, once completed. Paint the rear centers clover white, the rear rims silver, the front wheels clover white and the engine/chassis green. I've wanted to do this myself, but I don't have a White yet!

that looks better than the white american I have seen in my travels and gives me an idea for my 2-85 wonder how it would look cockshutt cream and red

when it comes to a 2-70 anything you can do to make it look better is fine by me and i think I really like the color
