Craig, I've spent hours trying to straighten those. Usually some inexperinced person put the rims on and tightened them down wrong. Does it have fluid in the tires? I've seen inexperienced tire jockies put on new tires and get the tubes wrapped around itself. Then they wonder why they cant can't get all the fluid back in the tire. This has happened more than once. You can spring rims out of round or side to side. Some times we had to replace the rims. There IS a right way an a wrong way to do it. Did you put used rims on the tractor. If so there is a good chance they were sprung before you got them. If they have the bolts and wedges holding them to cast hubs, try loosening the wedges all up at once and very carefully retighten them. Does it have the 2 cast blocks that arn't wedges? If so these should be tightened down first, and the rest of them are tightened a little at a time making sure they are not forcing the rim out of round. It may be too late, once the rims are sprung it is almost impossiable to save them. Good luck.
