Found a 2050 on our local sale yard, has near new rubber,
fuel tank fenders and all original paint, could use a paint job.
Know these are pretty rare, and if I get a chance I might watch
it sell, what should it bring. I was thinking around 7000-8000 is
that in the ballpark?

Its really hard to say what it will bring. Depends on who is at the sale and how bad they want it. Ive been noticing that tractors have been coming down in price within the past 3 years, but being a low production number it could bring a good amount. Also depends on how well advertised it is. I remember about 8 years ago I made it to an old Oliver dealer sale and got alot of bargains. Thing of it was that the building had been closed up since 1974. None of the collectors that I knew had not known about it and advertising was poor. Only in local paper

Same here only local paper, no other radio or television advertising, along with no Oliver collectors in the area.

i would say that price is general ball park. if it goes cheaper it would be a steal and if it goes higher then someone really wants it.
