Well after a lot of looking an figuren there will be some pan mods made as even with the rear sump pan we have to do some surgery and add some wigs to it so we can keep the 6 gallon oil capacity . If it was not for the ft. wheel drive this would have been a drop in and darn near a bolt up deal. So along with doing some hacking wacking and welding we also have to extend the oil pick up as it sets dead over the drive shaft yokes . So 1 1/2 inches have to come off and moved up and add in 2 1/2 inches in length and move the support bracket . Solved the fan location today with a OEM fan hub and bracket from Cummins as it moves the fan hub up four inches and keeps the belts in line , clean out the bold holes and get for metric bolts and that is a done deal. Took some pictures today now to get them uploaded to Photobucket .

Hello, Tractor Vet!
I repowered three FWA Olivers back in the 1990's: a 1950-T, an 1855, and a 1955. I encountered the same problem with the front axle support rear bracket. I moved the rear bracket to the front side of the axle carrier U-shaped support, and drilled/tapped four new holes in the underside of the frame. When it was finished, I was able to use the stock oil pan and pickup tube. I did this so as not to violate Cummins warrranty, as these three 'B'-Series engines were brand new. I am looking forward to seeing the photos!
