Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am new to this site and just inherited what appears to be a 47-49 Oliver HG. I am having problems getting oil pressure to my new gauge. I have it screwed into the oil port behind the starter. I have changed the oil after flushing the system, screwed in the adjustment regulator behind the generator after checking the spring for breakage, got a brass pipe for the oil filter with a couple holes in it, and short of pulling the top cover off which looks like a pain or dropping the oil pan to inspect the pump, I think I have covered everything else? Am I missing something? When I pull the filter and crank it over, I get oil pushing up out of the outlet but not forcefully. I heard that these don't have great oil pressure but I can't even get oil into the new clear tube to the gauge. I don't know enough about these crawlers and I don't want to damage the motor if I am missing something. Please let me know if you have any idea's or think I am missing something while I search this site for answers. Thanks, Steve
