Oliver 77 paint

Getting ready to paint my 85 year old father's 1952 Oliver 77 diesel. I've lined up a pro to do the hood, side panels, etc. He has suggested a local farmstore, Bomgaars, to buy the paint. Bomgaars sells the Van Sickle paint the the pro has very good success with. Van Sickle has a paint that says on the can for pre 1952 Oliver tractors. I think this is the correct color but not sure. But I'm guessig at what would be the correct color for the yellow and red. Any help is much appreciated.

i am not sure on that green, the can should say pre-1951 not 52, in fact i know that pre paint is not right. with that in mind you may want to list the serial number so we are sure then if it is a 52. you should contact dumont musuem for the name of a paint brand i can't remember, the post 51 green van sickle provides has changed so much it doesn't look like the original anymore, it almost looks like a john deere. dumont would also know what to use for the yellow and red.

Are their decals like the ones that leave the whole big clear rectangle or do theirs leave just the numbers and letters?

I have just restored a '52 model 88 that was originally dark green. I have had another '52 88 and a '52 66 the same way. All had factory disc brakes.
