Oliver 77 Side Panels

Hi guys, Last summer my dad who is 85 decided he wanted to get his 1952 Oliver 77 diesel painted. It"s been in our family all its life. Dad thinks he may want to go on a tractor drive. So I"ve been working on it this winter. One side panel has some damage and I"ve had two metal repair guys say it would be very difficult to repair. The side panel has a square pop out which make it more diffcult to find. Just wondering where to look besides the usual salvage yards. Or does someone make new replacements. TIA

well sadly salvage yards may be your best option unless you can find an add somewhere on here or other sites. give lynch farms a call they make side panels for olivers but i haven't seen them advertise for a 66-77 diesel side panel. we were luck in getting our two 77 diesels with there side shields.

Keep your eyes on e-bay, I see them occasionally on there I've also seen them on adds and photo adds on here.

I have repaired a pair of diesel panels using reproduction gas panels and insert your diesel box. There was an article written in the HPOCA magazine on how I did the job.
