at that rpm, dont risk safety. there are alot of parts out there to find! I did one not long ago, that was 4.4 bore with a .180thick sleeve. id look at 3020-4020 sleeves at 4.25 bore n keep the block web between the cyls as thick as you can so they wont crack between the cyls. 77 rods may or may not take the abuse, look for billet rods.

There is a couple of sayings in the race car (tractor pulling) world:

A race engine, is like dancing in a snake pit.  Sooner or later you are going to get bit.   The bigger the engine the bigger the snakes are.

You know how to get a small fortune?  Start with a big fortune and a race car (pulling tractor) & It won't be long and you will have a small fortune.

  Been there done that

I think 4.310 is about the max and still run water... How many rpms are you thinking of turning? Remember the cam is the weakest!

the first thing you need at those rpm's is a steel flywheel and ppa assembly, ever saw the aftermath of a flywheel explosion? I have!

YES!! I would suggest billet rods with only an offset grind, GOOD pistons, valve train, billet cam if you have an extra $1k, billet flywheel.... Just to start.... Not a cheap build...

i would hate to even guess, @ 2200rpm 425 ci would give around 140hp, if you did a cross flow head and some head work... I know of a 310 that has been hard blocked and a little stroke to it, it has a cross flow head, fuel injection, but the timing gear on cam twisted off.... That would get you some good parts, but you really need a billet cam, or it will break again...

Email me and I will give you his #.
