1800a jumps out of reverse

I've got a 1800a that jumps out of reverse when the load is taken off. I took the cover off and the reverse gear seems loose on the shaft. The book shows the gear is on a collar. Was wondering if this is common and if parts are available or if I need to find used ones.

Just for fun, how about a serial number? Next thing, does this tractor have the pressure lube for the transmission installed? Are you talking about the reverse idler or the reverse gear on the pinion shaft?

Its the gear on the pinion shaft it moves forward and back when you put a load on and take the load off. When it moves forward it pushes the collar off and goes to neutral. The serial no. is 111369-886 and the spec no. is 18-1112.I'm not sure about the pressure lube what should I look for.
