I wouldnt mind doing that, this engine has a spun main bearing that wiped out the block pretty bad, i dont know if it will be able to be saved or not, so was just trying to explore other options. Thanks for all the help. Adam |

| You need to be informed a little more. If it was me I would find a shop that can repair the block perhaps a sleeve will need to be used. If they are still available I would also try to get a replacement noddlar iron cap. The crank also needs to be checked to see what the Rockwell hardness of that main is. A good 310 set at 80 H P will run a long time. My 2 cents worth |
