Put all new brake discs in the 770 the other day and pulled it out today they seamed tight from the start, so backed them off some more, they seamed better till they got so hot you could smell them and see the smoke coming out of one of them. I have the I&T manual for it but it is pretty bref on the brakes for it. I pulled them back apart, any thing I need to look at closer before tring to put them back together again. Thanks to any one for advice |

| sounds like what happened with our 2150 we put new brakes in but when we touch the brake pedals they grab and we would have to back up to loosen them up and if we didn't a few minutes later i would smell the brakes. |

| Could be that those 3 little springs around the outside are weak. |

| I had same problem with a couple of brake jobs. The new disks were too thick so I and to carefully sand them down thinner to allow the brake cover to be bolted down without seazing up the brake. I guess I could have spaced out the end cover but I did not want dirt and trash getting in the. |
