I had a great time attending and bidding at this auction with my dad and what an awesome literature collection this man had amassed. We are from the east and this is the first time that I was at an auction and there was a million dollar bid. The price for the property from where I am from was crazy. Recent sales near me have been $13,100 $13,200 $14,200 and $15000 per acre. All of these in the last month.   [Reply]  [No Email]
