Cockshutt 40 Golden Eagle

I am looking for an operator's manuel for this tractor , but in the meantime, can someone expain the cold weather starting procedure for this diesel engine?

I have a Cockshutt 40 Golden Eagle. I have a heavy duty block heater on mine. All I do is plug it in half hour before Iam going to use the tractor and it will have the tractor up to operating temp and starts like it summer time.
