white 2-150 transmission lube question

I need to run the engine for 30 minutes with the I.P.T.O. shaft pulled out of tractor. will the transmission shafts & bearings that are not submerged in oil get enough lubrication from splash? (transmission in neutral)

Can you run just the engine (block the clutch petal down)? Why do you need to remove the long shaft? Also make sure you keep the O/U unit in low range and the transmission in low range. Have the top shaft and all the transmission gears turn as slow as possiable.

thank you for the answer! I didnt think about blocking the pedal! duh. Doing a engine swap & I dont have the hyd. cooler/radiator details figured out yet. I thought leaving the long shaft out would be easiest way to disable the most systems. The over under guts have been replaced with a one piece shaft. the engine I am using has been sitting a while so am wanting to hear it run before building more stuff around it
