Tore down the Oliver 88 engine. I am going to need two pistons, liners, and rings for these 2 pistons. They are m & w pistons 3 7/8 inch bore with the horseshoe molded on top of pistons. Why is this horseshoe shaped object on top of piston?? I need help in a bad way locating these pistons. I live in Arkansas and the Oliver brand tractor was not widely used here, so parts are limited. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
