Was wondering if anyone had any information on a White 2200. I was told there was an article in the Oliver magazine on it. Does anyone have a copy to spare?

There were several different tractors built that looked some what like that tractor. Some were studio tractors that had wooden hoods and no engine, like the one in the picture. There are other pictures of that tractor showing a saw horse holding the front end up.

The real test tractors looked somewhat like the picture. Some had White 429 cu. engines and at least one had a Moline engine. There is also a picture of a real tall looklig 2150 with the expermintal White engine. That tractor had a 15 square hole front grill instead of the regular Oliver 12 square hole grill.

I have see several pictures of the above mentioned tractors. I don't have a way of posting them here. I don't have a extra copy of the HPOCA magazine either.

the floyd county museum is right now in the process of restoring one of these 2200 whites. it has a massive turbo charged waukesha engine, atleast i think it was. it is also pretty long because when we look at the tractor it appears to have an experimental shifter in it as well. also this tractor has a cab for it as well. sorry this is the most i can remember on this tractor from my last visit to the museum.

The gentleman in the center of the photo is Mike Vurhulst.  Mike was the design engineer for the A4T 1600 (2655 Oliver) tractors.  He did a lot of work on the Corporate tractors that you aked about.

I happed to be in Charles City when they unloaded the remaining components that were found.  I have photos that I will post later, however I have a painting project to do tonight so don't know how late it will be.
