40 Cockshutt engine swap

I know it can be done, but how hard is it to put a gas engine out of a 570 into a 40? Will I need anything special? Thanks

are you sure you would want to do the swap and tear apart a gas 570? gas 570's are lot more uncommon than the diesels it is what some call a desirable tractor.

I know of less than ten 570 gas tractors spread over several states.Like Caleb said,a kind of rare piece. A Gleaner 230 or 262 engine swap is much easier and run very well. I am running a few of these Gleaner engine swaps now. One for fifteen years with no problems.
